Sake is sake of rice. We think it is the original appearance of sake to use only rice and rice malt as raw material. In modern times, there is a difference in the concept of each brewery, and there is sake added with distilled alcohol in the market. We wish to make sake that is the origin of sake, and we brew all sake produced only by rice and rice.
