World Ranking Extra Virgin Olive Oil
We pay special attention to our olive trees (soil and olive trees) to maintain their normal growth and good production.
Climate and geographical location provide oxygen, sunlight, temperature (cold weather), water and natural nutrients for the normal development of olive trees, such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulfur, iron, manganese, copper, zinc, molybdenum, boron and chlorine. Although, in addition, in some areas, we help by programming irrigation and/or mulching (roots and leaves).
The whole planting and nursing process of our olive garden, such as irrigation, nutrition and pruning, is monitored by professional and experienced technicians, such as agronomic engineers, who record every step in our field notebooks. In turn, all these controls can better control traceability.
