Ridgeback is a medium sized boutique wine farm situated on the back ridge of Paarl mountain with 35 Hectares under vines. The varied slopes, Oakleaf,Clovelly and Glen Rosa soils and warm climate creates superb terroir forgrape cultivation, especially Rhone and Bordeaux cultivars.
